Refer and Earn is the Ads Editor affiliate program, found in the side menu under the same name. You get a unique referral link and earn 20% commission on each active subscription from the people you refer. Just share your link: when someone signs up through it and subscribes to a plan, that subscription's commission counts toward you. On the program page you can track your clicks, referrals and total commissions, and you'll also find the usage rules that help you avoid practices that get you blocked from the program.
