With delivery (spend > 0) shows only the campaigns or ads that actually spent money in the selected period. It's useful for cleaning up the report when the account has old campaigns that didn't run. The status filter offers All, Active, Paused, and With delivery, in both the Campaigns table and the Ads grid. In the Ads grid, the default is With delivery, so you only see what ran. In the Campaigns table, the default is All. There is also a filter for specific campaigns, with search and a select-all option, which affects the summary cards, charts, and lists.
