What does each page permission allow a member to access?
In Team, when you register or edit a member, the Page Permissions block has one box for each area of Ads Editor: Meta Manager (this is the Meta Ads page in the menu), Google Ads, Ads Editor, Create Audiences, Account Center, Reports, Automated Rules, AI Optimization, Integrations UTMs, Monitor Balance, Alerts, Tutorials, and, when available, AI Copilot. Selecting a box makes the page and its actions available in the member's menu; clearing it hides them.
MCP Server is checked and locked: it's available to all members, within the owner's plan. MCP tools still respect the member's pages and accounts.
Three boxes give access to your account. They exist only for the Admin role, and no shortcut selects them:
- Team (manage members and view history): the member can create, edit, and remove members, grant access to pages and accounts, use Log in as, and see the Team History.
- Connect Meta (the profile goes to your account) and Connect Google (the profile goes to your account): the member connects profiles and manages your account's connection.
The accounts a member can see are set separately, in the lists of allowed Meta and Google accounts. My Subscription is always for the owner only.
