Minimum results to scale sets how many results the campaign needs to have that day before the AI allows any budget increase (the default is 3). In Conditions to Scale, you can add a Minimum time, so increases only happen after a certain hour of the day. The Operator sets how the two conditions combine: AND requires both at once (X results AND after the set time), while OR accepts either one. These safeguards keep the AI from scaling too early on immature data from the day. Both conditions appear as badges on the optimization card.
