When you're part of a team, the report list follows the ad account permissions the owner has set for you. You only see reports that include at least one account you have access to; reports for accounts outside your permissions are hidden. If the owner gave you access to all accounts, all reports appear as usual. If you need to see a specific report, ask the account owner to add the corresponding ad account to your permissions in the Team area.
