Yes. All audiences are created directly in your Meta ad account, just as if you had created them by hand. The Ads Editor progress panel has a See Audiences in Meta button, which opens the Audiences section of Meta Ads Manager already filtered to the selected account. One normal Meta behavior to keep in mind: newly created audiences take a few hours to populate, so right after creation the size may show as unavailable or below 1,000. This isn't an error. Just wait for it to fill in.
