Why did my ROI and Cost per Purchase change after I connected the integration?
This is intentional. When an integration is connected, the manager's ROI and Cost per Purchase columns use real sales tracked by UTM instead of Meta pixel data. The pixel tends to underreport conversions (it misses sales because of iOS restrictions, cookies, and attribution windows), so ROI calculated from your checkout's real revenue is closer to what actually happened. The formulas are: ROI equals UTM Revenue divided by ad spend, and Cost per Purchase equals ad spend divided by UTM Purchases. If you still want to see the pixel numbers, Meta's Purchases and Conversion Value columns remain available in the column selector.
