No. Ads that were published successfully stay published, and the ones that failed show the reason for the error on their row in the list. Each row with an error has a Reprocess button that retries just that ad, and when the batch finishes, a Reprocess all with errors button lets you redo all of them at once. Reprocessing reuses media that was already uploaded, so it is fast and does not duplicate the ads that succeeded. The system already retries temporary Meta errors automatically during processing. If the upload session has expired, you'll need to upload the files again.
