When Ads Editor detects more than one Pixel in your ad account, the Select Pixel field appears in the Custom Website section. Just choose the pixel you want from the menu, and the Pixel Events list reloads automatically with that pixel's events. All website and event audiences created in that run use the selected pixel. If the account has only one pixel, it's used automatically and the selector doesn't appear.
