No. When you close the report editor without saving, your changes are kept as a draft on this device and browser. When you open the same report again, a banner tells you there's a draft, with your changes already loaded. Just review and save.

To go back to what was saved, click Discard draft. Saving the report deletes the draft.

The draft stays only on the device where you edited: it doesn't appear on another computer or phone.
