Click Charges in the Meta Ads account bar or in Monitor Balance (Account Monitor). It opens the Account Charges window with:

  • the account's primary card and the pending balance (on a prepaid account, the prepaid balance);
  • the total charged in the period, already WITH the tax Meta adds to invoices in Brazilian currency (this is what left the card and what shows in Meta Billing), the tax included, and the number of charges;
  • ad spend for the period, without tax (as in the Manager) and, below it, with tax;
  • the list of each charge, with date and time, amount and transaction ID;
  • on prepaid accounts, balance top-ups by Pix (Brazilian instant payment) or boleto (Brazilian bank slip) also appear in the list, with the total top-ups in the summary.

To switch accounts, use the Search account field (accounts are in alphabetical order). The period can be 7, 30 or 90 days, This month, Last month or Custom (up to 1 year). To send it to a client, use Export PDF.

You can also do this through Copilot or MCP: ask, for example, "how much did Meta charge account X this month" (the tool is `get_account_charges`).
