Above the list of campaigns there is a Filter campaigns section (optional): type text to filter by name and use the Active button to show only active campaigns, or combine the two. Ad sets work the same way, in the Filter ad sets section (optional), with the Active button. Search ignores accents and letter case, so typing sabado finds Sábado. When you close the filter section, the filter clears automatically. Selections you've already made are kept even when the filter hides items from the list.
