To create several audiences at once:

  1. Go to Create Audiences in the side menu.
  2. Choose the ad account.
  3. Turn on the blocks you want to generate: Instagram Engagement (includes Profile Followers), Facebook Engagement, Video View (3s, 10s, 25%, 50%, 75%), Custom Website (visitors and time on site) and Lookalike (from a source audience).
  4. Select the retention periods you want in each block.
  5. Click create: dozens of audiences (even more than 100) are generated in seconds, with no need to create them one by one.

This screen doesn't create interest audiences: interest is ad set targeting, which you set in the ad sets (in the Create Campaign wizard or in Bulk edits → Edit Audiences in Meta Ads).
