The campaign objective requires a destination URL (external link), but the URL field is empty and the ad set has no default URL to inherit.

How to fix it:

  1. Fill in the ad's "URL" field in Ads Editor before submitting.
  2. Reprocess.

For a messaging campaign (WhatsApp/Direct), check that the ad set's destination is correct.
