Meta declined to set up an ad that uses more than one destination, such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct. This usually happens when the selected destinations are missing information Meta requires for that combination, for example a WhatsApp number or a Page that is not linked to the ad account.

How to fix it:

  1. Open the ad and check that each destination (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram Direct) is connected to the account and Page used in the ad set.
  2. If you do not need a destination, remove it and keep only the main one.
  3. Reprocess the ad so Ads Editor tries a supported configuration.

If the error continues, contact support and share the account, the ad set, and the selected destinations.
