The Page used in the ad creative isn't the same Page configured on the ad set. Meta requires them to match. Ads Editor aligns them automatically in most cases.

How to fix it:

  1. In Meta Ads, check that the ad's Page and the ad set's Page are the same.
  2. Reprocess.

If the clone is changing the Page, make sure the new Page is accessible in the destination account.
