Yes. When you upload a new batch of creatives, you don't need to go to Ads Manager:

  1. In Meta Ads Editor, in the list of campaigns/ad sets, click the duplicate icon (⧉) next to the item.
  2. Choose what to include in the copy: which ad sets and which ads (or none, if the copy should receive only the new creatives).
  3. Set the status of each item in the copy, active or paused, right in the selection.
  4. The copy is already selected as the upload destination: just upload the batch.

The duplicate window also has Schedule start (optional). If you set a date and time, the copy is created as Active and only starts delivering at that time (browser time zone).
