Yes. Ask Copilot or your MCP client to create a Google campaign with the type Display. The tool used is create_google_campaign with campaign_type DISPLAY.

The AI needs the name, budget, final URL, short headline, long headline, description, business name, and the IDs of one landscape image and one square image. It can list the images already in the account or upload new ones before creating the campaign. The logo is optional, and keywords are not used.

For safety, the campaign is always created paused. You review and activate it afterward.
