Clear Selections resets the whole page: it deselects the account, audience blocks, video selections and lookalike sources, and restores the default periods of 7, 30 and 90 days, so you can start from scratch. The Privacy button blurs sensitive data on the screen (account names and identifiers), which is useful for recording your screen or presenting to clients without exposing information.
