Change the lead form without leaving Ads Editor:

  1. Open Meta Ads and click the ad to open Edit ad.
  2. Scroll down to the Lead form section.
  3. Choose the form from the list. It shows the active forms for that ad's Page.
  4. Click Save. The change only applies after you save.

Details that often cause confusion:

  • Lead ads have no destination URL. The click opens the Page's instant form, which is why the link field doesn't appear.
  • If the list doesn't load, it's almost always because you are not an admin of that ad's Page. Ads Editor shows a message on screen.
  • Dynamic ads (Advantage+ with catalog or variations) don't support the change here. In that case, use Meta Ads Manager.
  • Archived forms don't appear in the list, except the one the ad already uses. To reuse an archived form, duplicate it.
