Yes, you can do this with both AI Copilot and MCP.

AI Copilot (inside Ads Editor): ask in plain language. E.g., "switch the form on ad X to Form 2026." It proposes the action and only runs it after you confirm.

MCP (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Telegram): there are functions to list the Page's forms, see which ads use a form, switch, duplicate and create. You can scan the whole account at once: "see which ads use a lead form and switch them all to Form 2026."

In both cases you can give the form's name, not just its ID. If the name matches more than one form, the action is deliberately refused and the matching forms are listed, so you never switch the wrong ad's form without noticing.

Dynamic ads are flagged as not editable: for those, the form can only be switched in Meta Ads Manager.
