Yes. Ask AI Copilot or your MCP-connected assistant, for example: "deactivate the Store A report" or "reactivate the Store A report". The AI can also show which reports are active or disabled.

It's the same Active / Deactivated switch on the report card in Reports. When a report is deactivated, the link stops opening for anyone who received it, even with the password, and nothing is deleted. Reactivating brings back the same link.
