Yes. The Ad Accounts field in the rule form is a multi-select with search: you can select one account, several, or leave it on All accounts (the default when nothing is selected). With All accounts, the rule evaluates and acts on all Meta accounts connected to your profile. In the rules list, each card shows the selected accounts, and at the top of the page there's an All accounts filter to view only the rules for a specific account. Team members only see rules for the accounts they have permission to access.
